Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessed or accessible through our Websites.
By using our Websites, you are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Websites. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of our Privacy Policy from time to time with notice posted on the Websites. Your continued use of our Websites following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Any information that is collected by our Websites is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Also, we may process your information where we have a legitimate interest (e.g., fraud prevention, network and information security, research (including marketing research), and direct marketing), and as you otherwise consent.

We do need to send you certain important communications regarding our products, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications. Please note that opting out does not mean that you will stop seeing all our advertisements.
We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of any information.
We retain the information that we collect for as long as your use of our Websites remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or, as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide information regarding our products, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
