This is the Privacy Policy of LEBANON SEABOARD CORPORATION and its various business units (“LSC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and describes the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information gathered through all LSC websites, including www.lebsea.com (hereinafter, the “Websites” or “Sites”).

LSC is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of information it collects through its Websites. Please read the following carefully. Your use of the Websites is governed by this Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessed or accessible through our Websites.

By using our Websites, you are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Websites. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of our Privacy Policy from time to time with notice posted on the Websites. Your continued use of our Websites following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

Revisions to this Privacy Policy

Any information that is collected by our Websites is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll notify you of these changes by posting them on the Websites or other notification, and we’ll update the “Last Updated Date” at the foot of this Privacy Policy to indicate when those changes will become effective. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you use the Websites after the updated Privacy Policy is posted on the Websites.

Information We Collect or Receive

We collect the following information, many of which are device-related and non-personal information, which alone cannot be used to identify you.

• Location Information. We may collect location information about your device that you volunteer or enable through the Websites or your device. We will not collect any location information that you do not volunteer, provide or enable.

• Information You Share when Using the Business Center. We may use information, including personal information, you submit while using the Lebanon Turf Business Center or any similar facility provided by LSC.
• Information You Provide When Requesting Information About or Registering a Product. When you request information about a product offered by LSC or register such a product, we may collect additional information related to your request or registration.
• • Information You Choose to Share on Your Social Networks. If you choose to link the Websites to your Social Networks, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube will share with us information from your social networks based on their privacy policies and only with your consent.
• • Information You Provide as One-Time Request. You may provide us with certain information when you submit a request, claim or sign up for an event sponsored by us.
• • Surveys and Other Feedback. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information about you.

How Do We Use Your Information

Our primary purposes for the collection and processing of information are to provide our Websites (to perform our contract with you), to improve our Websites, to administer your use of the Websites, to market the Websites to you, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Websites. We use cookies, web beacons, and pixels (including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to evaluate site usage and deliver personalized advertisements. We categorize cookies into Essential/Strictly Necessary, Performance/Analytics, Functional, and Targeting/Advertising categories.

Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising: We and our advertising partners may collect certain information about your devices to deliver personalized ads to you. While we do not sell Personal Information for monetary payment, disclosing online identifiers to advertising networks for targeted ads constitutes 'Sharing' under certain state laws.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): Our Websites recognize and process universal opt-out preference signals sent via Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal, we automatically opt your device out of third-party advertising cookies.

You May Have the Right to Opt Out of Certain Uses of Your Information

Opt-out of Email Communications. We may periodically send you free newsletters and emails that directly promote our products and services. When you receive such promotional communications from Us, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” (by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive). We do need to send you certain important communications regarding our products, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications. Please note that opting out does not mean that you will stop seeing all our advertisements.

Data Retention

Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Our Websites are not intended for use by people under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. California Shine the Light Law

If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with LSC, you can also request a report disclosing the categories of personal information that we have shared with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, during the preceding calendar year under California’s 'Shine the Light' law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83).
