Shipping & Tracking
Lyric Bird Food product orders are shipped using UPS Regular Ground service. Orders received before NOON (EST) Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received after NOON (EST) Monday - Friday are shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day. The shipping rate is based on the value of each shipment as displayed in the following shipping rate table. Lyric Wild Bird Food has the right to change shipping charges without prior notification or correction of the table below.

When your order is processed, Lyric will email an Order Confirmation to the email address you entered on the billing information page. The email will contain a summary of your order. If this is your first purchase, you will receive your username and password in a separate email. You can use this log-in information to track your packages, edit your billing and shipping information and to expedite the checkout in the future.
To track your order, go to www.lyricbirdfood.com and log in as a returning customer using the "Sign In" at the top of the web page. Your account information will display the order status and provide a UPS tracking number when your order has shipped. You can check the delivery status by entering the UPS tracking number at the UPS website.
Please remember, you can only track your order once Lyric Bird Food has shipped your products.
